Full Payment

Under the Full Payment option, the complete order amount is paid online at the time of placing the order.

Partial Payment

For eligible orders, HealthTechOnline may allow the customer to pay 10% of the applicable order amount online in advance, with the remaining 90% payable through Cash on Delivery at the time of delivery.

The exact advance amount and remaining COD amount will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

For example, for an order amount of ₹10,000:

  • 10% advance payment: ₹1,000
  • Remaining COD amount: ₹9,000

The actual amount will depend on the final order value displayed at checkout.

10. Payment Processing

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

Payment processing may be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the relevant payment service provider.

HealthTechOnline does not ask customers to share sensitive payment credentials such as UPI PINs, card PINs or banking passwords with us.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability and successful order confirmation.

Delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Cash on Delivery

COD may be available for eligible products and locations.

For an order placed under the Partial Payment option, only the remaining balance amount will be payable at the time of delivery.

The customer is responsible for accepting the order and paying the applicable COD amount at delivery.

13. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled subject to our Cancellation Policy and the stage of order processing.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible through the normal cancellation process.
